   2. Customer & Supplier Accounts - We use this data for billing and financial record keeping. Data is reviewed annually and is retained for 6 years as legally required.
   3.  Marketing Contact - We use this data to identify and communicate with prospective customers. Data is reviewed annually and deleted where the individual requests or where delivery of communication ceases to be possible.
   4. Other business activities - We use this data to maintain relationships with suppliers, potential suppliers and third parties necessary to our legitimate interests, namely the proper management of our business.

5  How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

1. We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.

6  Do We Share Your Data?

1. Subject to section 6.2, We will not share any of your data with any third parties for any purposes.
