UK Fungus Day website brings academics, educators, enthusiasts and families together
UK Fungus Day is an annual event organised by the British Mycological Society to raise awareness of fungi and fungal science in the UK.
Katalysis worked with the UKFD team to develop a website structure that addressed the different stakeholder groups with an interest in UK Fungus Day.
The design is clean with a slightly 'organic' feel and uses four distinct colours to signpost sections relevant to educators, field mycologists, academia and industry.
Key sections within the site include an events management system that plots events on a UK map, a gallery and downloadable resources.
