Katalysis Membership Dashboard
The package provides several new concrete5 dashboard pages:
The Subscribers section provides a list of all website Users with information on their Membership and Subscription status.
The Edit button provides access to further information about the User, the Membership Approval function (if required) and Password Reset function (see below).
Shows a list of all the User’s current and historic subscriptions.
The Add Transaction button allows offline purchases to be added for the User.
The Add Restricted Membership button allows ‘Restricted’ subscriptions to be allocated to the User.
Where membership approval is required an Approve Membership button is provided and subsequent to approval details of the approval are provided here.
A Require password reset button can be used when necessary to force the user to reset their password at next login.
The Edit Full Profile button takes you to the User’s normal concrete5 profile where address and other attributes may be updated.
Allows creation and management of ‘subscription products’. The product data that can be set will vary for the different product types - Membership or Journal.
Availability should be set for Membership products to ensure Life Memberships are restricted (Life Memberships can only be set up by Administrators - see below).
Products may not be deleted (in order to maintain historical data).
Export a mailing list of users for each subscription in CSV/excel format. An additional button allows the list to be sent as an email attachment.
Elements of the transactional emails sent by the system can be updated here.
Send Test Emails will send a copy of each transactional email to a specified address allowing each email to be reviewed.
Settings allow you to control:
- Email address where Administration Emails are sent. Multiple emails may be entered separated by commas.
- Annual Renewal Date - the date when the subscriptions of current year members will expire.
- Intervals reminders are sent at prior to and post the Annual Renewal Date. Multiple dates may be entered separated by commas.
The Prepayment Interval
The Prepayment Interval defines the point at which the system switches from offering subscriptions for the current year to the following year. The date is defines as a number of days (currently 30) prior to the Annual Renewal Date. After this date it will not be possible to purchase subscriptions for the current year and all purchases will relate to the following year.
This will be used in the dashboard and user pages and in all emails.
